Returns and exchanges

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


BEAUTY LUX company provides service in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and establishes clear rules for the exchange, return and warranty service of goods.
By making a purchase on our website, the customer confirms that he has read and agrees to this policy.

1. Return or exchange of goods of proper quality (14 days)

The buyer has the right to submit a request for return/exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, if all the conditions below are simultaneously met :

  1. The product was not used for its intended purpose, was not connected to the network, and has no traces of installation/operation.

  2. The product is preserved in its original condition : without scratches, scuffs, mechanical damage, or dirt.

  3. The complete set has been preserved , including cables, cartridges, manipulators, consumables, instructions, and warranty card.

  4. Original factory packaging is present, markings, holograms, seals, serial numbers are not changed or damaged.

  5. The product does not belong to the category that is not subject to return according to the law (including certain types of medical and cosmetic equipment, consumables).

If at least one of the conditions is violated, the company has the right to refuse a return/exchange , even if the application is submitted within 14 days.

After receipt of the goods , a technical examination is carried out (up to 3 working days) .
In case of a positive conclusion, a refund or exchange will be issued.

2. Return or exchange of defective goods / warranty damage

If the buyer discovers a hidden defect (not related to operational errors):

  1. The product is sent to the service center for diagnostics in a complete set.

  2. The specialist determines the nature of the damage and makes an official conclusion .

  3. If a factory defect is confirmed, the client is provided with:

    • repair / replacement with a new product , or

    • refund .

If the malfunction is due to improper use, voltage surges, structural interference, mechanical damage, or third-party service repairs, the warranty and right to return are void.

3. Shipping and handling costs

  • Delivery of goods for return/exchange is carried out by the Nova Poshta service , in original packaging and with reliable protection against damage.

  • The buyer pays for transportation costs themselves.

  • The company is not responsible for damage incurred during return delivery due to improper packaging by the customer.

4. Refund procedure

  • Examination and diagnostics - up to 3 business days from the moment of receipt of the goods.

  • Refunds are made within 3 banking days after confirmation of the right to compensation .

  • Money is refunded exclusively in the national currency of Ukraine , according to the amount in the fiscal/expenditure document.

In case of refusal, the goods are returned to the buyer without compensation.

5. Disputed situations

All disputes are resolved in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" .
The company reserves the right to request photo/video confirmation of the condition of the product and documents certifying the date of purchase.
