These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) govern the procedure for interaction between Oliynyk Yana Volodymyrivna, an individual entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Store" or "Individual Entrepreneur") and users of the website beautylux-innovation.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

These Terms have been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of September 3, 2015, the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of May 12, 1991 and other regulatory acts of Ukraine.

1. General provisions

1.1. The website beautylux-innovation.com is a platform for selling goods and providing services owned by the sole proprietorship Oliynyk Yana Volodymyrivna.
1.2. Using the Site includes browsing pages, placing orders, using feedback forms, participating in promotions and other actions.
1.3. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The updated version of the Terms will be published on the Site and will enter into force upon publication.

2. User rights and obligations

2.1. User rights :

• Place orders for goods available on the Site.
• Receive information about products, delivery, payment and return terms.

2.2. User responsibilities :

2.3. Users are prohibited from:

3. Rights and obligations of the Store

3.1. Store Rights :

• Refuse to process the order in case of violation by the user of these Terms or the legislation of Ukraine.

• Change prices, product range and promotional terms without prior notice.

3.2. Responsibilities of the Store :

• Provide reliable information about products, prices, delivery and payment terms.
• Fulfill orders in accordance with the conditions specified on the Site.
• Ensure the protection of users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy .

4. Order processing and fulfillment

4.1. An order is placed through the Site by adding goods to the cart and filling in the required data.
4.2. Terms of delivery and payment are governed by the Delivery and Payment page.
4.3. The store is not responsible for errors in the order caused by the user providing inaccurate data.
4.4. If the product is out of stock, the Store will notify the user and offer an alternative or refund.

5. Responsibility of the parties

5.1. The store is not responsible for:

• Incorrect use of the goods by the user.
• Technical failures caused by actions of third parties (Internet providers, hacker attacks).
• Errors in prices or product descriptions, if they have been corrected by the time the order is placed.

5.2. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the consequences of its use.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. All content of the Site (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of the sole proprietorship Oliynyk Yana Volodymyrivna or is used with the permission of the copyright holders.
6.2. Copying, reproduction or use of content without the written consent of the Store is prohibited.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. All disputes related to the use of the Site are resolved through negotiations.
7.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be considered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine in the court at the place of registration of the individual entrepreneur.

8. Force majeure

The store is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure circumstances (war, natural disasters, technical failures, etc.).

10. Term of the Terms

These Terms are effective as of September 13, 2025 and remain in effect until updated or terminated. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to these Terms.
