PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT (USER AGREEMENT)

This document is an official public offer (in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) for the conclusion of a contract between the Seller - the company BEAUTY LUX™ , and any individual or legal entity using the website https://beautylux-innovation.com to familiarize themselves with, purchase or order cosmetology equipment.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This document defines the rules for using the BEAUTY LUX™ online store on the official website https://beautylux-innovation.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and is a legally binding Agreement of Accession between the Seller and the User.

1.2. A User is any person who accesses the Site, browses pages or places an order. Acceptance of this Offer constitutes full and unconditional agreement to all its terms and conditions.

1.3. All additional sections of the Site, in particular: "Privacy Policy", "Delivery Terms", "Warranties and Returns", are an integral part of this Agreement.

1.4. The Seller has the right to change the terms of the Agreement at any time by publishing a new version on the Site.

2. DEFINITION OF TERMS

  • The seller is BEAUTY LUX™ , an official supplier of premium cosmetology equipment.
  • The website is https://beautylux-innovation.com, an electronic platform for familiarizing yourself with products, consulting, and placing orders.
  • User/Buyer – an individual or legal entity who uses the Site to purchase products.
  • Goods – equipment and related goods presented on the Site for sale.

3. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer, and the Buyer to accept and pay for the selected Goods in accordance with the prices, payment and delivery terms specified on the Site.

3.2. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer places the order or makes the payment.

4. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS

4.1. All BEAUTY LUX™ products have a detailed description, characteristics, photo and/or video review.

4.2. The price of the Goods may be changed by the Seller without prior notice, except for orders that have already been placed.

4.3. The Seller reserves the right to change, update or temporarily restrict access to individual models.

5. ORDERING

5.1. The User places an order independently on the Site or through consultation with the manager.

5.2. After registration, the Buyer receives confirmation by e-mail or SMS.

5.3. BEAUTY LUX™ may request additional information to confirm the Buyer's identity or secure delivery.

6. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

6.1. Delivery terms are described in the "Delivery" section: The Seller cooperates with national services, in particular Nova Poshta .

6.2. Payment methods: cash/cashless payment, bank transfer, payment in installments (if available).

6.3. The cost of delivery may be paid separately by the Buyer in accordance with the carrier's tariffs.

7. WARRANTY AND RETURNS

7.1. Warranty terms are specified in the "Warranties and Returns" section and depend on the type of equipment.

7.2. Returns are possible within 14 days if the goods have not been used, their appearance, seals, and packaging have been preserved.

7.3. All return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

8. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The seller has the right:

  • Change prices, specifications, and product availability.
  • Temporarily suspend access to the site for updates or technical work.
  • Refuse service to users who violate the terms of the agreement.

The Seller undertakes:

  • Provide reliable information about the product.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of personal data.
  • Provide warranty service in accordance with the law.

The user has the right:

  • Get advice on any product.
  • Cancel the order before it is shipped.
  • Please read all terms and conditions before purchasing.

9. RESPONSIBILITY

9.1. The Seller is not responsible for the actions of postal or courier services, failures of payment systems, actions of third parties or losses that occurred through no fault of the Seller.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

10.1. This Agreement is governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

10.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement - in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

10.3. The Agreement is valid until the parties fully fulfill their obligations.
