A dermastamp is a microneedling device with vertical needle movement. Unlike a dermaroller, the needles enter and exit strictly perpendicular to the skin, so they do not tear it and produce even micro-channels. Products travel through those channels into the dermis, while the micro-injury itself triggers collagen synthesis. Penetration depth is adjustable, so one device covers both the face and the scalp.
