Vibration massage transmits mechanical oscillations to the tissue through a handpiece or a vibrating platform. The vibration relaxes tight muscles, boosts blood and lymph flow, softens fat deposits and improves skin tone. It is a simple, comfortable and very intuitive method for clients, and works well as a warm-up before cavitation or RF.
Indications: cellulite, localised fat deposits, reduced muscle and skin tone, muscle fatigue and tension, congestion, tissue prep before other device treatments, anti-stress programmes.
Contraindications: pregnancy, oncological disease, thrombophlebitis and varicose veins in the treatment area, gallstones and kidney stones, hernias, acute inflammation, pacemaker, severe osteoporosis.
A consultation before the course is mandatory: the specialist takes the medical history and rules out conditions in which the treatment is not allowed.
A course is 10–15 sessions every other day, 20–40 minutes each. Maintenance: 1–2 sessions a week.
