Body HIFU uses high-intensity focused ultrasound tuned to depths of 6.0, 9.0 and 13 mm, where the subcutaneous fat layer sits. At the focal points the temperature reaches 65–70 °C, adipocytes are destroyed and connective tissue contracts. The treatment therefore reduces volume and tightens the skin at the same time — something cavitation alone cannot do.
Indications: localised fat on the abdomen, flanks, thighs and arms, lax skin after weight loss or childbirth, an abdominal apron, the area above the knees, contour correction without surgery.
